Refunds, if provided, must be handled by St. Francis Xavier Youth Sports directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- SFX Youth Sports will issue a refund up to the opening date of the season only.
All issued uniforms must be returned prior to a refund being approved.
To request a refund for all programs other than Flag Football please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Flag Football refunds contact email@example.com

Please include your name, account number, the name of the withdrawing player, the player's registration number, the player's team, if assigned, your mailing address and the reason for the withdrawal.
If you paid by credit card a refund will be issued to your account if the refund is requested within 30 days. In all other cases a check will be issued and mailed to you.
PLEASE NOTE: A service fee of $25.00 will be deducted from each refund to cover our expenses in issuing the refund.
